Position *

Were hiring an experienced IT Support Specialist to work onsite at one of our client locations in Dublin, OH . Youll serve as a technical resource for that client, handling desktop support. In addition, you may provide remote support to other BCA clients as part of our broader service delivery team.

Key *

• Provide onsite desktop and IT support to end users
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues
• Manage and *
• Microsoft Windows 10/11
• Microsoft 365, Share Point
• DHCP, DNS
• Switches and wireless networks
• Assist with deployment, configuration, and documentation of systems, including user onboardings and offboardings
• Communicate effectively with clients and the BCA support team
• Remain adaptable and eager to learn new technologies

Required *

• 25 years of hands-on IT support experience (MSP or in-house IT)
• Proven experience supporting Microsoft-based environments
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Must have reliable transportation to work onsite in Dublin, OH

Work *

• Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
• On-call rotation may be required
